Free shipping on domestic (Australian) orders over $120, otherwise express shipping within Australia is $7.99, express post is $10.00. International Standard shipping is $15.00 and International Express is $25.00.

Here at One Empire we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you would like to return your item, we offer store credit for the item/s you are returning. Refunds are only offered if the item is deemed faulty by One Empire. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS CRITERIA
Returns will not be accepted if the item is not in its original condition you received it, i.e:

Tags still attached
Unworn
Unwashed
Unstained
Unperfumed
In its clear poly bag - please ensure the barcode label on the bag matches the garment name on the item’s tag
Please note that returns which don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item.
These conditions do not apply to faulty garments.

Footwear
All footwear must be returned in pristine condition.
Please note, we require the shoes to be returned in their original shoebox, without any postage labels placed on the box.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FROM AUSTRALIA
One Empire accepts all returns granted they are sent back in original condition and within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

A store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s) you are returning. In order to issue the store credit, you must either have or create a One Empire account.
