Shipping 

We use Australia Post Standard Shipping please see our shipping page for more info on the duration it will take to receive your goods. Standard shipping within Australia is free over $100 otherwise it is $7.99, express post is $10.00! International Standard $15.00 and International Express is $25.00

The item I want is out of stock what now?

Do I have to return the entire set if I want to swap for a different size?

Yes, you do for our lingerie sets, when you wish to exchange for a different size. 

How do I return or exchange an item?
Please post return items with the filled out return card via a track able service to the address below within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please see our return policy below BEFORE returning the item, if you have any questions please contact us by email info@oneempire.com.au

What is our return policy?

Items can be returned to us for store credit. You can return item(s)within 30 days of receiving them. The items will need to be in their original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained and in their original packaging. Unless faulty, we do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, have tags removed or sale items. If you have received a faulty item, we will offer you a refund or store credit. We will not pay the cost of return postage. Please send returns with a trackable service.

Wash & Care Instructions

• Always wash your bras in cold water. Hot water might break down the elastic and shorten its lifespan.
• Hand-wash your bras always! Try and do this as often as you can. A washing machine could damage the underwire. If hand washing is not at all an option, then use the gentlest setting on your washing machine and place them in lingerie bags to keep them in shape for longer.
• Never twist or squeeze your bras. This can ruin the shape of the cups, or even bend the underwire out of shape in wired bras.
• Drying your bras by hanging them with clips or on a clothesline can cause the elastic to stretch. Leave your bras out flat to dry.
• Don’t iron your bra or put it into a dryer as the heat will damage the material.
• Store your bras flat, not folded. Folding them can distort their shape.
• It may feel like a hassle, but handwashed intimates last longer, look fresher, and fit better throughout their lifetime!
