When we talked about self-care, we always think of the new skin care treatments, bubble baths, and getting enough sleep. Today, we thought about a new way of self-care, no-commitment days.

Weekends may get so busy and you may easily get overwhelmed. A "no-commitment day" is a day you dedicated only to yourself. No plans with friends or family, no pressure of saying yes to every meeting. It may sound selfish, but honestly, we need to prioritize our selfs sometimes right?

You may opt to stay at home and lie low or try that coffee shop or that cute restaurant nearby you've been wanting to try for so long. Take a walk at a park taking your time at your own pace.
