Sleep: sometimes we don't have time for it because of our hectic schedule. Now that most of us are ( I hope), are still staying at home due to the pandemic. This is the best time to catch on your sleep and improve your sleeping habits.
We list down tips and tricks to help you improve your sleeping habits.
Create a Routine
Create a schedule that helps get you ready for bed, while also relaxing you. The body needs consistency in order to work right, so when you develop a routine, your body can more easily fall asleep AND wake up.
Sleep When You're Tired
Struggling to fall sleep just leads to frustration. If you’re not asleep after 20 minutes, get out of bed, go to another room, and do something relaxing, like reading or listening to music until you are tired enough to sleep.
Wear Comfy Sleepwear
Wearing comfortable sleepwear at night helps you fall asleep better. Sleepwear like satin are soft and comfortable to wear and it won't irritate your skin while sleeping.

Cup size is the difference between your bust size and the bust line measurement. While the difference is 12cm, this means your cup is B. Along with the under bust 34, then the cup size comes to 34B.
